Dividend Module
Let the module automatically calculate dividends that will be issued and report on those dividends. You can set how often dividends will be paid out; either quarterly, semi annually, or annually. Dividends can be either paid out in cash or issued as additional options.

Performance Module
Track performance outside the system and issue the appropriate number of shares based on your current performance plan. Shares can be awarded based on a percentage of the original grant so that the actual shares awarded can be anything from 0% to 100% to 200% or more.

System Security
Only allow your administrators to see, modify, and report on participants that meet their current role requirements. You set the roles and who should have access to specific participants or groups of participants.
