The Equity Compensation Team at CompIntelligence is growing and would love to have you be the next member of our team. We have several full-time, salaried positions that require your expertise. These positions range from high-level stock plan consulting to mid-level, stock plan administration support. There are many opportunities throughout the United States with a majority of our support delivered in a remote model.

Our primary goal of this outreach is finding experienced stock plan administration resources that can contribute in supporting our quickly growing client base. CompIntelligence supports Equity Compensation clients by providing industry leading expertise in Stock Plan Consulting, Administration, Implementation, and Technology Services. We speak and work with hundreds of clients each year to assist with their equity plan administration needs. The experience we provide as a stock plan management and administration team is a value to our clients and our network.   • Stock plan administration and/or management activities
  • Customer service to employee inquiries on a wide variety of issues related to equity compensation
  • Work with industry software and vendors to effectively manage our clients’ plans
  • Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
  • Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
  • SEC, audit and external reporting activities/support
  • Participant education and training activities/support
  • New plan roll outs and communications
  • Management of projects activities/support
  • Follow, enhance and/or create policies and procedures of our clients
  • Accounting knowledge is a nice to have, but not necessary
  • Assist in various other stock plan projects and initiatives as needed
  • Understand the CompIntelligence products and services to support our clients and ongoing needs


  • BA/BS degree
  • 2 to 15+ years stock plan administration experience
  • ECA or CEP nice to have
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency and experience with industry software
  • Client first mentality
  • Detail orientated
  • Problem solver
