Mr. Scrofani is a leader in the equity compensation industry and has held a variety of influential roles with major software providers and consulting firms. Since joining CompIntelligence in 2006, Gary has led the growth of its Equity Compensation business through partnership development and consistent delivery of technology solutions that provide lasting value to its wide range of clients. More recently, he developed functional requirements for the CompXchange™ product, a system integration tool utilized to exchange data between HR/Payroll platforms and Stock Administration systems.
Gary has over 24 years of experience in software, support and education. Prior to joining CompIntelligence, Gary spent seven years as Computershare’s Director of Product Management for its Transcentive Web Platform and the Equity Suite, the company’s core product offerings. He has presented at several meetings of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), Global Equity Organization (GEO), focused on the latest industry changes and trends affecting stock plan administration, insider filings, and financial reporting. He is a member of the NASPP.
Gary earned a BS in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
Gary has always found time to be involved in various community activities and organizations. He spent 14 years as a member of the Board of Police Commissioners in his hometown and 6 years as a member of the Professional Standards Board of Education for the State of Connecticut.
