Sean Lembree joined CompIntelligence in May 2012 to help build the equity compensation business, grow market awareness and increase sales efforts. Sean has more than 20 years of leadership, operations, sales, and marketing experience in the equity compensation industry. Currently, Sean is overseeing global sales, marketing, and operations across both the Equity Compensation and the Corporate Performance Management businesses for CompIntelligence.
From 2003-2012, Sean held leadership positions at Stock & Option Solutions, where he most recently operated as President & CEO for 5 years. From 1999-2002, Sean was a Regional Sales Director for Transcentive, Inc., a provider of stock plan software and services. Prior to that, Sean held management positions in sales at Loislaw.com, Inc. and Tab Inc. where some of his responsibilities included managing and growing large sales forces and expanding business into new geographic and vertical markets.
Sean earned a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing from Villanova University, Villanova, PA. He is a member of the national Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity with a core focus on leadership and community service projects.
In his spare time Sean coaches little league baseball, basketball, plays golf, and spends time with his wife and three sons. He and his family also volunteer in their local community.
