  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements needed for a successful implementation and completion of projects

  • Create metadata and workflows from client ERP systems through to consolidated reporting
  • Build financial reports and dashboards for global financial reporting and analysis
  • Implement client specific requirements under the office of the CFO such as Cash Flow, Tax Provisioning, Account Reconciliation, Specialty Planning and other OneStream Marketplace solutions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance, accounting, or audit
  • 1+ year of experience working with OneStream
  • MBA and / or CPA a plus
  • Strong technology background, interest in emerging technologies, financial applications, and systems
  • Passion for excellent customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel effectively
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and self-driven individual with the ability organize and prioritize tasks effectively

These positions can join our team as salaried employees, hourly employees, or independent contractors.

We speak and work with hundreds of clients each year to assist with their equity plan staffing needs. Any experience in stock plan administration is a value to our clients and our network. We are looking forward to speaking further with you to discuss your qualifications and fit in our service model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stock plan administration and/or management activities
  • Customer service to employee inquiries on a wide variety of issues related to equity compensation
  • Work with industry software and vendors to effectively manage our clients' plans
  • Vendor experience is a plus
  • Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
  • Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
  • SEC, audit, and external reporting activities/support
  • Participant education and training activities/support
  • New plan roll outs and communications
  • Management of projects activities/support
  • Follow, enhance and/or create policies and procedures of our clients
  • Accounting knowledge is a nice to have, but not necessary
  • Assist in various other stock plan projects and initiatives as needed
  • Understand the CompIntelligence products and services to support our clients and ongoing needs
