JOB DESCRIPTION

The CompIntelligence Consulting Practice is growing! We are looking for candidates with high energy, creativity and forward-thinking finance and technology skills to work in a dynamic and fast paced FinTech consulting organization. Working within the overall CompIntelligence methodology, you will design, implement and support Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems for our clients, providing industry insight, driving greater efficiency in finance and accounting, for financial consolidations, planning and forecasting processes. If you have a foundation in finance, accounting, and/or tax, are adept at technology, enjoy collaborating with accomplished, dedicated colleagues, as well as experience with OneStream CompIntelligence is the place for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide finance and accounting acumen for implementations of the OneStream Platform, for mid-sized to fortune 500 clients, across multiple industries
• Embrace a learning and collaborative culture, where you will learn the OneStream Platform and implementation methodology through CompIntelligence’s renowned Education Services organization
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements needed for a successful implementation and completion of projects
• Work with project team Architects and Consultants to determine the application design that meets the businesses needs for global financial consolidations and financial planning solutions
• Create metadata and workflows from client ERP systems through to consolidated reporting
• Build financial reports and dashboards for global financial reporting and analysis
• Implement client specific requirements under the office of the CFO such as Cash Flow, Tax Provisioning, Account Reconciliation, Specialty Planning and other OneStream Marketplace solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance, accounting, or audit
• 1+ year of experience working with OneStream
• MBA and / or CPA a plus
• Strong technology background, interest in emerging technologies, financial applications, and systems
• Passion for excellent customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel effectively
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
• Independent and self-driven individual with the ability organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Enthusiasm to contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
• Knowledge of OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, EPBCS, Tagetik, Host/Planful or similar

• Build financial reports and dashboards for global financial reporting and analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION

CompIntelligence is currently looking for experienced stock plan administrators to support our clients. This role will support all internal stock plan administration needs for one or two high activity clients. The client assignments will transition to new clients once or twice a year.

These positions can join our team as salaried employees, hourly employees, or independent contractors.

We speak and work with hundreds of clients each year to assist with their equity plan staffing needs. Any experience in stock plan administration is a value to our clients and our network. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock plan administration and/or management activities
• Customer service to employee inquiries on a wide variety of issues related to equity compensation
• Work with industry software and vendors to effectively manage our clients' plans
• Vendor experience is a plus
• Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
• Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
• SEC, audit, and external reporting activities/support
• Participant education and training activities/support
• New plan roll outs and communications
• Management of projects activities/support
• Follow, enhance and/or create policies and procedures of our clients
• Accounting knowledge is a nice to have, but not necessary
• Assist in various other stock plan projects and initiatives as needed
• Understand the CompIntelligence products and services to support our clients and ongoing needs

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS degree
• 2 to 15+ years stock plan administration experience
• ECA or CEP candidates, nice to have
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Proficiency and experience with industry software, nice to have
• Client first mentality
• Detail orientated
• Problem solver
