Stock Plan Administrator – Direct Client Support

 

ABOUT THIS ROLE

CompIntelligence is currently looking for experienced stock plan administrators to support our clients. This role will support all internal stock plan administration needs for one or two high activity clients. The client assignments will transition to new clients once or twice a year. These positions can join our team as salaried employees, hourly employees, or independent contractors. We speak and work with hundreds of clients each year to assist with their equity plan staffing needs. Any experience in stock plan administration is a value to our clients and our network. RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Stock plan administration and/or management activities
  • Customer service to employee inquiries on a wide variety of issues related to equity compensation
  • Work with industry software and vendors to effectively manage our clients' plans
  • Vendor experience is a plus
  • Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
  • Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
  • SEC, audit, and external reporting activities/support
  • Participant education and training activities/support
  • New plan roll outs and communications
  • Management of projects activities/support
  • Follow, enhance and/or create policies and procedures of our clients
  • Accounting knowledge is a nice to have, but not necessary
  • Assist in various other stock plan projects and initiatives as needed
  • Understand the CompIntelligence products and services to support our clients and ongoing needs

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2 to 15+ years stock plan administration experience
  • ECA or CEP candidates, nice to have
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency and experience with industry software, nice to have
  • Client first mentality
